You all would be aware of the upcoming event of ‘Transit of Venus’ which the world is going to witness on 5-6 June, 2012. This Transit of Venus will be the last one visible in this century. Venus would be passing in between the Earth and Sun. The Transits of Venus across the disc of the disc of the Sun are amongst the rarest  planetary alignments and incidentally of utmost importance as well. Since the invention of telescope only seven Transits of Venus have occurred in the years 1631, 1639, 1761, 1769, 1874, 1882, 2004. Famous astronomer Edmond Halley realised that Transit of Venus could be utilised to measure the distance of Earth from the Sun also called the Astronomical Unit (AU).

10 – 100 Viewers: Rs. 15 per viewer
Above 100 Viewers: Rs. 12 per viewer

$ 0.25 per viewer

Rate list of Transit of Venus Poster:
1 – 5 Posters: Rs. 200 per poster
5 – 25 Posters: Rs. 150 per poster
25- 100 Posters: Rs. 100 per poster
100 – 500 Posters: Rs. 20 per poster
500 and above Posters: Rs. 15 per poster

The postage/courier charges of the viewers will be charged as actual till the quantity of 500 viewers. Manthan will be providing free shipping for a purchase above 500 viewers in India. All the shipping charges outside India will be charged extra.
