Campaign for Awareness
Manthan has been a Pioneer in developing the idea of Science Awareness amongst people through Folk Mediums like Puppet and Exhibits on Camel Carts and educating students with the help of interactive Science Toys.

Introducing original concept of Science Playgrounds has been one of the eye openers in the Country and Manthan has always been known for propagating such innovative beneficial concepts since it’s inception.

Kits and Modules
Manthan developed Hands –on Activity kits on Subjects like Solar Eclipse, Earthquake, Modern Physics, Biodiversity, Understanding Miracles, Adolescence, Health, Astronomy, Energy, Space, etc. that reached the doorsteps of several millions of members across the country with the support of Governmental and Non Governmental agencies.

Manthan, amongst other such organizations working for the spread of knowledge in the field of Astronomy, has made a benchmark contribution to the country by developing Special Solar Viewers forsafe viewingof Solar Eclipse and Transit of Venus.

Manthan had the privileged to work on one of the benchmark project for developing outreach materials for one of the world’s longest interactive radio serial, simultaneously broadcasted in 18 Indian regional languages with the support of NCSTC, DST and Govt. of India. This Serial was broadcasted in the entire country.

Science Exhibits
Manthan designed and developed Agrassar Exhibition which showcased Indian Science &Technology for the celebration of 50 years of Independence.

Innovative multi sensorial science based exhibits were developed for preschool corners called Anganwadis in India.

Several hands-on learning exhibitions have been developed in the past decade for the subjects like Environment, Pollution Control, Planet Earth, Water, Energy, Biodiversity, Astronomy, Indian Science Toys, Health, Women and Child, etc. Such exhibitions have been developed for many governmental and Non Governmental Agencies in India and few other countries.

Entrepreneurship Development
Since more than a decade Manthan has been involved in Entrepreneurship Development across several districts of Gujarat. Manthan focuses on using Science and Technology as a medium for Entrepreneurship Development. Special training and learning modules are developed for several different areas of works in different regions. The trainings are conducted in vernacular medium. In the past few years, several activities have been conducted in the regions of Kutch, Bharuch, Surendranagar and Narmada of Gujarat State.

Manthan Science Centre
Manthan has established a Community Science Centre in the Tribal District of Narmada, Gujarat. The motto of the science centre is to generate science awareness, thereby creating a better understanding of science, exploring hands-on approach towards science learning amongst children, youth and community.
