Water is Life! Water covers 70.9% of the Earth’s surface, and is vital for all known forms of life. Water on Earth moves continually through a cycle of evaporation or transpiration, precipitation, and runoff, usually reaching the sea. Over land, evaporation and transpiration contribute to the precipitation over land. Clean drinking water is essential to humans and other life-forms. Also Agriculture across the Earth is dependent on water.

To explain this importance of water Manthan with the support of NCSTC, Government of India developed a poster exhibition on water. This set consisted of information on Water on Earth, Water Cycle, Water is Life, Water in India, Sources of Water, Water for Electricity and Industry, Stop Wasting Water, Water Pollution, Methods of Water Conservation, Drinking Water, Purifying Water, Gaon Ka PaniGaonMein, Water as Medicine, Water and Agriculture, Rain Water Harvesting, etc.
